September 11th, 2008 in Articles // Fertility No Comments

The best way to safeguard your fertility and the health of your family is to find alternatives to plastic products wherever possible.

Here are some ways you can do that:

  • Replace plastic bottles with glass jugs or bottles;
  • Buy food natural unpackage foods, however when you need to buy foods in packaging choose glass or ceramic containers where you can — particularly for foods high in fat content;
  • Avoid heating food in plastic containers, or storing fatty foods in plastic containers or plastic/cling wrap;
  • Do not give young children plastic teethers (dummies) or toys;
  • Use natural fiber clothing, bedding and furniture;
  • Avoid all PVC and Styrene products.
