About dairy…is there any good milk or cheese I can eat?
Q: About dairy… is there any good milk or cheese I can eat because those are two of my favourite things.
- Any nut milk and the occasional goat’s cheese i.e.: 1-2 times a month but only if you have no intolerances. DO NOT expect them to taste the same though. Just remember that this diet is not necessarily a forever diet unless you want it to be!
- Short answer no! These changes aren’t forever but really important to make. Dairy can cause mucous build up in your body as well as being inflammatory. I guess it’s a choice as to what you want more
