How to Make Kale Chips
Q&A: Has anyone successfully made kale chips? I have tried it twice and the first time was soggy and the second time burnt. So any tips and or recipes?
A: Yes just a light spray of coconut oil should do the trick and not on high heat – best to dry them out!
A: Key is to make sure the chips are dry. Then massage the oil in them. Make sure they don’t touch each other.
Q: Thanks you, do you both put another tray on top to make them ‘flatter’?
A: No mine crinkles up making them crunchy, I also place them on baking paper to absorb any moisture
A: Light spray olive oil, little salt, fan bake with door ajar slightly. Low and slow temp.
