Turmeric Latte Coffee Substitute

I asked my local cafe to make me a Turmeric Latte this morning and he looked at me as if I had two heads. He said he couldn’t make it as he didn’t have the ingredients.

I was wondering if I would look even more strange if I turn up with the ingredients next time and ask him to make it. I do miss the ritual of ordering a coffee.

Q: How do you make your turmeric latte please.

A: I just heated the coconut milk on the stove and added turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and honey. It came out a bit clumpy so I put it in the blender.

Gabriela Rosa: Turmeric is a fantastic liver tonic and like all liver tonics it helps with oestrogen conjugation and excretion. Thus, making it a PERFECT herb to consume in any case of hormonal imbalances especially oestrogen dominant conditions therefore making it an ideal food and herb for women with endometriosis, fibroids and other reproductive conditions. Pile it on ladies!!
