Alison Cassar has been in clinical practice for over 12 years. She is an author, writes and presents seminars and has been featured in publications such as Wellbeing Magazine, Wellbeing beauty special edition, Sunday Telegraph, Spa Australia as well as being interviewed for radio and magazine.

Alison is a caring, empathetic and supportive practitioner whose aim is to help her patients find solutions to their health concerns. In addition, Alison’s goal is to educate and empower her patients in order for them to take control of their health through dietary, lifestyle and mental changes. It’s very important to Alison to provide up to date advice to her patients and regularly attends seminars and reads industry journals to keep abreast of the latest research available. “Buddha said ‘every human being is the author of his own health or disease’.
