So this morning this happened… cannot believe this after all my struggles!! Just hoping this one sticks as the last one I miscarried at 5 weeks.. positive energy xxxx I was wondering now though do I still follow the no gluten / no dairy diet??

A: Susan Stock Yes definitely stick with it – you don’t want your body having an inflammatory response by introducing something back that doesn’t totally agree with you.
