Prior to joining our program people often question “Why do I have to make all of these changes to my lifestyle when I am trying to conceive?”
The truth is that our methodology is highly encompassing with the FERTILE Method, we work to understand several things such as; What is your lifestyle currently like and how we can improve it? We need clarity on your situation because if you’re not conceiving something needs to change therefore:-
- We need to look at the self-care aspects of what’s going on for you.
- We need to have a look at the scientific evidence to understand from a biochemical perspective, your test results, how your body operates and responds.
Epigenetics has a huge role to play. You might think “Hang on a second. I eat a healthy diet. I have a good lifestyle. I do all of the right things, and here I am having difficulties conceiving while my sister / neighbour / brother, whoever, they drink, smoke, they do drugs, and they’re having healthy babies.”
We need to investigate both the lifestyle and scientific perspectives as they apply to you because it doesn’t matter what other people are doing. The reality is, that if it’s not happening for you, changes need to be made, you need to do what it takes now, and lifestyle changes are the factors here that you have the most immediately control over in order to make changes that improve your chances of getting pregnant.
Fact is, there are so many things you can do today and every day that really do have a positive impact on fertility. For more information we highly recommend you take part in the free Fertility Challenge to learn more.
