If you are the type of person that can have a small square of chocolate, it’s fine for you to have one little square of chocolate each day if you want to. As long as it’s one square per day and that you’re not having any other type of sweets and lollies. If it’s just a tiny little bit, one square of chocolate that’s fine for you optimum fertility.
The other thing that’s going to be essential as far as nutrition is concerned is clearing all your cupboards and pantry, making sure that you get rid of any of the foods and things that are just not going to be healthy for you, your overall health and your fertility.
By doing that, you are making sure that you give yourself the best possible strategy for moving forward. You also want to enrol your partner and your whole family on this new eating healthy lifestyle because if you do that, it’s going to be much easier for you to not only promote the benefits to them specifically of how their lives are going to be better as a result of this.
