Caffeine is Bad for Your Fertility

There is no safe amount of caffeine for your reproductive health. Research reveals as little as one cup of coffee a day is enough to imbalance sex hormones impacting sperm health. It also disturbs the uterine lining preventing the implantation of a fertilized egg, leading to early miscarriage.
